30 years International and Global sales and Marketing professional, highly experienced leader and practitioner of Strategic Account Management and c-suite selling. Prior to starting his own consultancy, Janti worked in IVD and MedTech sector with Abbott Diagnostics, Abbott Medical and Roche Diagnostics. Experience in over 70 countries worldwide, leading transformation, strategy development and sales and marketing execution. Janti has worked in both start up and high paced corporate environment focused on accelerating business results and developing high performance teams. Janti’s ambition to share his wisdom of how to be successful in today’s highly competitive and complex commoditized environment led him to start up CXO IMPACT LLP. Helping organizations and their people to “Show up Differently and Stand Out".

Keshini works with both individuals and teams to take them on a journey of self-discovery to bring awareness around how mindset can be a game changer for positive change.
